How to Register

You can register online using this website and a credit card or register via mail and pay by check.

1. Register online by simply clicking the "register" button next to the session(s) that you wish to attend. A shopping cart from paypal will allow you to select multiple sessions and pay using a credit card. After you have completed your payment, click on the "Return to Merchant Site" button and you will be taken to a form to enter the contact information for you and your guests.
   
   

2. Register by mail. Complete the order form on the brochure and send your check to:

Please include your address, telephone, email and which session(s) you wish to attend. Each session costs $40 to attend, or $120 for all four sessions.
